My style of Personal Training is old school. I believe in making exercise fun but I don't believe that acting like a fool, fancy equipment or 'speed classes' are the way to do that. If you want health and fitness it will take time and effort but I am here to help you every step of the way. Many people find it hard to get the results they are looking for because they are lacking motivation or correct technique when working out. This is a very common issue and without a structured routine designed specifically to your needs and which is regularly monitored and adapted by a professional personal trainer, it is an issue that is doomed to repeat itself again and again. However, by utilising the skills and experience of a professional personal trainer like myself, you will achieve your goals quickly and safely through the use of the most up to date and best training techniques.
